What is a Stake pool?
A Stake Pool is a reliable server running the Cardano node to validate transactions on the blockchain and of course produce blocks. Each pool holds the combined stake of many ada/wallet owners in a single entity, or "Stake pool". The rewards earned by the pool in exchange for producing blocks, and are shared between the pool operator and their delegators.
POW vs. POS
Proof of Work (POW) means Miners produce blocks of transactions by using specialized computers in a race to be the first to solve a difficult math problem. Examples of popular proof-of-work cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin.
However in Proof of Stake (POS), it is Validators (like our CETF pool) that take the place of miners to run and secure the network by staking their coins rather than competing in a hashrate competition. POS not only cuts down on energy requirements, but also offers a much higher level of security and sustainability than POW blockchains.
Security
CETF Stake Pool is a Safe, Reliable, Highly-Available Cardano Stake Pool. All the partners are not only existing Cardano project owners themselves and are very passionate about Cardano, but are also continuously contributing to the Cardano ecosystem. The pool is managed by an experienced operator with close to 20 years of experience in the IT field. Your ADA delegated to us (or any other Cardano Stake Pool for that matter) is NEVER at risk, as it never leaves your wallet, and it is never blocked.

We are a single pool operator (SPO) and we also joined the Cardano Single Pool Alliance (CSPA).
The Pool is set to a 1% Margin (and the standard 340 ADA Fee to cover server etc costs..), with every single incoming ADA to be used as additional liquidity for our trading pool(s) and/or for acquiring new assets for the CETF DAO.
